Technical Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Engineer – Service to join DESMI’s service team. In this role you will deliver post‑sales support for our centrifugal and ROTON pump solutions, ensuring reliable operation for customers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise installation, commissioning, inspection and maintenance of centrifugal and ROTON pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and diagnose/repair equipment faults.
• Respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns, test equipment after repairs and document service reports.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, act as the primary escalation point and maintain proactive communication on service progress.
• Coordinate spare‑parts planning, manage warranty cases and collaborate with sales, engineering and production teams.
• Prepare and maintain service, commissioning and customer acknowledgement documentation; generate monthly KPI reports.
• Conduct product training for customers, channel partners and junior service engineers; mentor and coach team members.
• Commission and troubleshoot control panels associated with pump systems.
