Technical Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition (Jaipur)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Jaipur. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for IT positions, sourcing top talent and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and shortlist IT candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal and other job portals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for technical roles.
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow‑up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Ceipal ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and close IT positions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
