Technical Recruiter (Hiring Executive) – Thane West

About the role

WonderBiz is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Hiring Executive) to join its fast‑growing team in Thane West. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing IT talent for product development projects, working closely with engineering leaders and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT roles, from requirement gathering to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through databases, social networks, job portals and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and coordinate interview panels.
• Prepare and post accurate job descriptions for positions such as Java.Net, Angular, React and Python developers.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, update candidate databases and provide regular status reports.
• Promote WonderBiz as an employer of choice and handle candidate communications.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to gather hiring requirements from managers and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention‑to‑detail.
• Comfortable working in a high‑pace, growth‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hiring for Java.Net, Angular, React and Python roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using online job boards, social media and applicant tracking systems.
