Technical Recruiter (Freshers)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our talent acquisition team as Technical Recruiters. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical positions, primarily during night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review job descriptions and understand client requirements to design effective search plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media and other channels.
• Assess candidates' experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
• Coordinate and own the full recruitment cycle, from scheduling interviews to extending offers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to encourage referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and employment terms, securing commitment for current and future openings.
• Submit candidate resumes to hiring managers for further review.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the process.
• Engage regularly with candidates via email and phone.

Required profile

• Good communication skills.
• Educational qualifications: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT or MSc IT.
• Fresh graduate (no prior experience required).
• Willingness to work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
