Technical Project Manager – Tether Wallet

About the role

This position leads the end‑to‑end delivery of new features for a globally used Tether digital wallet. You will coordinate engineering, legal, compliance, marketing and support teams to ensure seamless releases that impact millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery cycle of wallet features from specification through release.
• Align and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, support and operations.
• Maintain release tracking systems, providing visibility on progress, dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Identify and resolve delays or misalignments proactively.
• Run release cycles: sprint planning, QA coordination, bug triage, approvals and go‑to‑market readiness.
• Serve as the communication bridge between technical and non‑technical teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management, technical project management, scrum master or delivery lead roles.
• Strong technical foundation, preferably with a software engineering background or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional product releases involving engineering and multiple non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in fast‑paced, product‑driven environments; fintech, crypto wallets or payment systems is a strong plus.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in ambiguous settings.
