Technical Project Manager – Software Projects

About the role

Primathon is seeking a Technical Project Manager with at least three years of experience to lead mobile, web frontend and backend product deliveries. The role focuses on ensuring on‑time execution, high product quality and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, track and deliver projects within budget and scope.
• Prepare detailed sprint plans, set intermediate checkpoints, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Produce status reports for senior management.
• Track dependencies, anticipate risks and define contingency plans.
• Translate product requirements into detailed project plans.
• Interface with customers and lead status calls.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Proven team‑handling and client‑facing communication skills.
• Full lifecycle experience from inception to deployment.
• Strong background in Agile Scrum, build management and DevOps practices.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Technical background in telecom, networking or digital (web and mobile) applications.
• B.Tech or M.Tech degree.
