Technical Project Manager – Software Development

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives that support operational excellence and product development. The role bridges engineering, IT, and business teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project commitments and maintain clear accountability across teams.
• Set, track, and adjust milestones; manage delays and realign schedules as needed.
• Implement communication plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders to foster collaboration and consensus.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain timelines and budgets while monitoring progress.
• Analyze trends and data to guide strategic decisions.
• Apply technical acumen to support system architecture, API design, and financial systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in project management within a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
