Technical Project Manager

About the role

Flentas is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cloud‑focused digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, align technical delivery with business goals, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to align business and technical goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management of technical projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders, developers, DevOps, data engineers and QA, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
• Implement Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban), run sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues to minimise disruption.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and produce regular progress reports for transparency.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 7–13 years of experience managing technical or software development projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps/CI‑CD practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
