Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects within the Property & Casualty insurance sector. The role combines deep technical knowledge with strong project leadership to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on delivery.
• Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as IT, business analysts, and operations, resolving resource conflicts.
• Implement process improvements using methodologies like Six Sigma.
• Maintain relationships with insurance companies and clients, handling quotes, binders, endorsements, and renewals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the P&C insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
• Preferred PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
