Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Product & Technology function in Mumbai. This role is focused on execution excellence – turning business and product requirements into structured delivery plans for Design and Engineering teams. If you thrive on aligning stakeholders, managing ambiguity, and delivering outcomes without drama, this position is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Convert product and business requirements into clear execution plans.
• Break down initiatives into milestones, tasks, and timelines.
• Coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Run weekly sprint reviews and delivery calls.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
• Proactively flag gaps, ambiguities, or execution risks.
• Maintain documentation and task visibility.
• Drive accountability and follow‑up across teams.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Software Development Company, or Tech Startup managing design/engineering teams.
• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience.
• Strong command of English, preferably educated in an English‑medium institution.
• Based in Mumbai.
• Common sense, high ownership, and calm under pressure.
