Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of software initiatives in our Jaipur office. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are scoped, planned, and executed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and external vendors.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and milestones.
• Track progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, project‑management best practices, and quality standards.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and documentation.
• Support release planning and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall methodologies.
• Project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
