Technical Project Manager – Generative AI

About the role

Quantanite is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Generative AI solutions. You will work with engineering, product, and business teams to turn AI concepts into production‑ready products that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource plans for AI‑driven initiatives.
• Coordinate AI engineers, data scientists, product owners and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery schedules using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and ensure security, scalability and performance standards.
• Track project KPIs, report progress to clients and leadership, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven track record delivering Generative AI, AI/ML or data‑driven projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and related certifications (PMP, Scrum Master).
• Knowledge of cloud‑based applications and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
