Technical Project Manager – Engineering Programs

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager with 4‑5 years of experience driving technical programs within engineering teams. The role involves end‑to‑end SDLC ownership, stakeholder coordination and proactive risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and drive execution of technical programs across the full SDLC, from requirements to post‑launch support.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, release schedules and cross‑team dependency tracking.
• Configure, maintain and promote adoption of Jira, Confluence and related Atlassian tools.
• Partner with product managers, engineering leads and senior leadership to align priorities, timelines and trade‑offs.
• Track, analyze and report productivity metrics such as velocity, cycle time and throughput.
• Identify, log and mitigate program risks; maintain risk registers and resolve blockers.
• Run day‑to‑day program operations including stand‑ups, documentation and coordination with an agentic mindset.
• Maintain up‑to‑date program documentation, RAID logs, roadmaps and status reports.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in project or program management, primarily for engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban or hybrid).
• Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) including dashboard and workflow configuration.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across product, technology and senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
