Technical Project Manager – APAC Delivery Team

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise deployments for our APAC Delivery Team. Based in Gurgaon, you will act as the primary customer‑facing manager, guiding projects from presales through go‑live, stabilization and hand‑over to Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance and executive reviews.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, Delivery Engineers, Solution Engineers, Support, Product Management and Customer Success teams.
• Control project risks, scope changes, escalations, timelines, budgets and customer expectations.
• Ensure successful delivery while meeting customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation and AI‑enabled project management practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of customer‑facing project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise technology projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and commercial management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within APAC (10‑15%) and support customers across APAC time zones.
• PMP certification is a plus.
