Technical Product Owner - Regulatory Excellence Platform Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D IT is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the Unified Regulatory Platform (URP) in Hyderabad. The role focuses on managing platform infrastructure, ensuring secure access, and driving technical vision to meet regulatory business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end URP platform lifecycle activities including release, delivery and performance management.
• Collaborate with product owners to build a technical backlog delivering business value.
• Lead cross‑team dependencies with regulatory architects and technology counterparts.
• Drive selection of cloud platform solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and assess technical elements.
• Ensure compliance with IS security, GxP, change control and risk management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT and business experience.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory affairs, computer systems validation and regulatory technology landscape.
• Experience leading selection, building and integration of cloud‑native platforms and APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information.
