Technical Product Manager

About the role

Impact Analytics is seeking a delivery‑focused Technical Product Manager to act as the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will own the end‑to‑end product delivery lifecycle for AI‑driven retail merchandising solutions, ensuring alignment across international regions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite teams, business leaders, and product counterparts across regions.
• Run workshops to capture business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize features.
• Break down product roadmaps into technical execution plans, identify dependencies, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and product teams.
• Structure and manage the technical backlog, break epics into tasks, and prioritize technical debt alongside feature work.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and remove blockers for engineering pods.
• Identify and mitigate cross‑team risks, manage critical path timelines, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate release planning, ensure quality gates are met, and oversee go‑live readiness and post‑release monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong experience in product delivery within technology environments.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and expectation‑setting skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
