Technical Lead – Data Security Platform

About the role

Protegrity is seeking a passionate Technical Lead to guide the development of its data‑security platform. You will ensure adherence to architectural standards and provide expert technical leadership across multiple product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and uphold best‑practice architectural standards for the platform.
• Stay current with industry trends, especially microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects and Engineers to define and deliver new features.
• Participate in all phases of product development, from specification to release.
• Mentor product teams, ensure compliance with process, quality and security guidelines, and contribute to Agile practices.

Required profile

• 6+ years of software development experience post‑bachelor’s degree.
• Proven expertise in Python, Linux and microservices architecture with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and code‑profiling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
