Technical Implementation Project Manager (B2B SaaS)

About the role

The company is seeking a strong Technical Implementation Project Manager with deep exposure to enterprise clients in the B2B SaaS domain. You will lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful customer go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle delivery of SaaS implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Own the project plan, serve as the primary client point of contact, and drive the go‑live process.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align technical delivery with customer requirements.
• Engage and present project status to C‑level executives, directors, and VP‑level stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strategic long‑term relationships with enterprise decision‑makers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Implementation Manager or similar role, with at least 2 recent years in a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of leading external/client‑facing implementation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to achieve successful go‑live.
• Comfortable presenting to C‑level executives and building strategic relationships.
• Engineering graduate (B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent).
