Technical Documentation Specialist (Product Team)

About the role

Technical Documentation Specialist to own documentation across the product portfolio, creating user manuals and training materials for both software and hardware components. The role requires deep understanding of 75F’s IoT‑based stack and a quality‑first mindset to deliver clear, maintainable, and visually engaging documents.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and publish user manuals, instructional guides and training material for hardware and software features.
• Conduct audience analysis and collaborate with managers, engineers and business stakeholders to gather accurate technical information.
• Produce infographics, short product videos and other visual assets that simplify complex concepts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end Help production process, including drafting, revisions, technical reviews and final proofing.
• Update existing documentation in line with marketing guidelines and evolving product specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in technical content creation, ownership and product video documentation.
• Proven ability to translate highly technical information into concise, user‑friendly help content.
• Fast learner comfortable with self‑teaching in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑first approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
