Technical Design Engineer – Industrial Systems

About the role

Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of industrial special‑purpose engineering systems. You will work closely with production and project execution teams to deliver manufacturable, optimized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design structural support systems, special components and application‑based engineering systems.
• Prepare detailed engineering, fabrication and assembly drawings using CAD tools.
• Conduct load calculations, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and develop Bills of Materials.
• Coordinate prototype development, testing, and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Assist production by resolving fabrication issues and optimizing drawings for manufacturability.
• Review site measurements, collaborate with installation teams and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial design engineering, fabrication design or special‑purpose systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
