Technical Architect – Principal Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise transformation initiatives for our clients in Bengaluru. The role combines architecture leadership, delivery oversight, stakeholder management and solution consulting to ensure successful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technology solutions and lead solution workshops.
• Define end‑to‑end architecture for enterprise applications, drive cloud migration, re‑platforming and micro‑services adoption on Microsoft Azure.
• Design event‑driven systems using Apache Kafka and establish architecture standards, governance and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple programs, work with product owners and delivery managers to ensure quality, scalability and security.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams, evaluate emerging technologies and foster innovation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record of leading large‑scale transformation programs and delivering architecture governance.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
