Tech Support Engineer (Linux)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Support Engineer (Linux) to join our infrastructure team in India. The role focuses on implementing and supporting software and hardware solutions for our customers, ensuring high‑availability deployments and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hardware and software requirements for product implementations.
• Design highly available deployment, networking, storage and virtualization architectures.
• Implement network security according to customer specifications.
• Deploy and configure monitoring tools and automate deployments and system upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve customer‑reported problems within agreed SLAs.
• Review technical documentation, product requirements and functional specifications.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux servers (Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) and Kubernetes clusters.
• Familiarity with large‑scale infrastructure projects and remote customer support.
• Strong understanding of databases and multi‑tier application workflows.
