Team Member – Warehouse (Weighbridge)

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Team Member to manage weighbridge operations within our warehouse. The role ensures accurate measurement of inbound and outbound vehicle loads, supporting smooth material flow for our pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge for incoming and outgoing vehicle movements according to operational requirements.
• Maintain the weighbridge in a clean, functional state and ensure calibration follows the scheduled plan.
• Accurately record gross, tare, and net weight details for all weighments.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Security, SCM and other departments to facilitate material movement and weighment processes.
• Monitor scrap loading activities, ensuring only authorized quantities are loaded and procedures are followed.
• Perform post‑loading weighments of scrap vehicles and record the weights.
• Report any discrepancies, unauthorized activities or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements during all weighment operations.
