Team Member - Risk Management

About the role

The Team Member – Risk Management will implement and sustain the enterprise risk management framework for Aditya Birla Health Insurance. The role ensures that business activities across all segments are conducted within regulatory and internal norms, aligned with the accepted risk appetite, and supports effective coordination between auditee functions and the Internal Audit team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor the risk management framework across all business units.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with auditee functions and Internal Audit to execute the Internal Audit plan efficiently and on time.
• Identify, assess and report significant risks and related opportunities to senior management.
• Maintain risk registers, dashboards and reporting mechanisms for board and committee reviews.
• Support the creation of standardized, cost‑effective solutions for channel partners and emerging market segments.

Required profile

• Graduation in Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance or related functions, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and senior leadership.
