Team Member - Repayment Management

About the role

The Team Member – Repayment Management will support the Corporate Finance vertical of Aditya Birla Finance Limited by ensuring accurate and timely processing of disbursements, repayments and related transactions. Positioned within the Operations division of the Mid Office Group, the role handles post‑sanction loan activities and maintains transaction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Process all disbursements and repayment authorizations accurately and within defined TATs and cut‑offs.
• Maintain proper recording and custody of loan documents and collateral.
• Perform accounting of business transactions and reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team and other internal functions to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO‑9001:2008 standards across operational processes.

Required profile

• Ability to support processing of Corporate Finance lending transactions.
• Strong attention to detail to guarantee error‑free transaction handling.
• Capability to work within defined turnaround times and cut‑off schedules.
• Effective coordination and communication with accounts and operations teams.
