Team Member (Production Operator)

About the role

We are looking for a Team Member (Production Operator) to assist with the adjustment, operation and supervision of machines, ensuring quality and timely order completion at our Pune facility.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust, operate and supervise machines according to regulations, factory data collection (FDC or TSOP) and work instructions.
• Set up machines following the set‑up plan and perform quality controls according to TSOP, reporting any deviations to a superior.
• Monitor the technical state and flawless function of machines, taking corrective actions on technical errors and reporting them.
• Check safety installations, separate material with failures and perform optical inspection of product defects, marking their position.
• Ensure proper recording of manufacturing and testing documentation and supply/dispose of sub‑assembly, resources, auxiliary, residual and operating materials.
• Provide tools on time and comply with procedures defined in the function manual/IMS.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive or chemical industry.
• Knowledge of Lean Production, 5S, PDCA; polymer process knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Factory Data Collection (FDC) and Technical Specification Operating Procedure (TSOP).
• Machine set‑up and adjustment.
• Optical inspection of product defects.
