About the role
We are looking for a Team Member to support pressure parts erection in thermal power plant and BTG systems, ensuring quality and safety throughout the construction process.
Key responsibilities
- Erect pressure parts according to structural and GA drawings and erection sequences.
- Perform structural alignment, measurement checks and rigging/lifting operations.
- Carry out welding, PWHT, heat treatment, bolting, and quality/NDT inspections.
- Ensure material traceability, painting, preservation and housekeeping compliance.
Required profile
- Strong safety awareness and compliance.
- Effective site execution, supervision and contractor coordination.
- Good teamwork, problem‑solving and communication skills.

- Basics of Thermal Power Plant & BTG Systems
- Pressure parts erection
- Structural drawing & GA drawing reading
- Rigging and lifting fundamentals
