Team Member - Packing (Strip Packing)

About the role

We are looking for a Team Member to join our strip‑packing line. The role involves setting up, operating and maintaining packing line equipment while ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate primary packing line machinery, load materials and manage changeovers.
• Perform line clearance, record batch activities and maintain equipment through cleaning, lubrication, tightening, inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Document activities in digital systems (SOR, OEE dashboards) and support root‑cause analysis and CAPA during equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP/GDP requirements and personal safety practices.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S and lean projects.
• Engage in training programs, safety drills and audit preparations.

Required profile

• Experience working on a packing line in a regulated environment.
• Good understanding of GMP and GDP regulations.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain high safety standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
