Team Member - LIMS

About the role

The LIMS Team Member will support the Quality Control laboratory by managing data and processes within the Labware LIMS environment. This position ensures accurate preparation, review, and approval of master records, specifications, and standard test procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and approve RBE masters in Labware LIMS.
• Generate and maintain specifications and Standard Test Procedures (STPs) using the LIMS application.
• Manage stock preparation and inventory of chemicals, standards, and columns within LIMS.
• Handle master records, address issues, and provide solutions in the LIMS system.
• Maintain analyst qualification records and instrument registration.
• Identify training needs and ensure timely completion of departmental training.
• Investigate incidents, out‑of‑specifications (OOS) and out‑of‑trend (OOT) issues and drive resolution.
• Execute change control and CAPA activities for the Quality Control department.
• Evaluate and communicate changes to specifications, STPs and SOPs.
• Periodically review and spot‑check specifications.

Required profile

• Proficiency in using Labware LIMS for data and record management.
• Experience preparing specifications and STPs within a LIMS environment.
• Ability to manage inventory and stock records in LIMS.
• Strong understanding of master record handling, analyst qualification and instrument registration.
• Experience with incident investigation, OOS/OOT handling, change control and CAPA processes.
• Capability to identify training gaps and coordinate training activities.
