About the role
The Team Member will support machine adjustment, operation and supervision in a manufacturing environment. The role ensures timely and quality completion of orders while adhering to safety and documentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up machines according to the set‑up plan and supervise their technical state.
- Perform quality controls based on TSOP, report deviations and take corrective actions.
- Check safety installations and separate material with failures.
- Record manufacturing and testing documentation accurately.
- Conduct optical inspection of product defects and mark their positions.
- Supply tools, sub‑assemblies and manage material flow on time.
Required profile
- Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive or chemical industry.
- Familiarity with Lean Production, 5S and PDCA methodologies.
Required skills
- Machine operation and adjustment.
- Quality control and inspection (TSOP, optical inspection).
- Factory data collection (FDC).
- Safety inspection and compliance.
- Manufacturing documentation handling.
