Team Member – Gold Loan Audit (Jaipur)

About the role

Aditya Birla Capital Limited is seeking a diligent Team Member to join its Gold Loan Audit function in Jaipur. The role involves conducting audits of gold loan portfolios across branches, products and channels to identify and remediate credit, regulatory, financial and operational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute gold loan audits as assigned, covering new and existing branches, products and channels.
• Provide independent assurance on risk management and control effectiveness throughout the gold loan lifecycle.
• Identify control gaps, recommend systemic improvements and support remediation actions.
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findings to stakeholders and follow up on corrective actions.
• Travel to branch locations as required for on‑ground collection and audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience in collection for mid‑market or corporate customers.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and high ethical standards.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to understand complex deals.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site for audit assignments.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Experience using fraud detection and monitoring systems.
