Team Member – Gold Loan Audit

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Team Member to join our Gold Loan Audit function in Ajmer. You will play a key role in identifying and mitigating credit, regulatory, financial and operational risks associated with gold loan products across our branches and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute gold loan audits on new and existing branches, products and channels as assigned.
• Provide independent assurance on risk management and internal controls throughout the gold loan lifecycle.
• Identify control weaknesses, recommend improvements and support remediation actions.
• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with audit, compliance and business teams to ensure alignment with policies, regulations and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience in collections for mid‑market or corporate customers.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and high ethical standards.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to travel for on‑ground collection and audit activities.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Experience with fraud detection and monitoring systems.
