Team Member – Gold Loan Audit (Dibrugarh)

About the role

The Team Member – Gold Loan Audit will join the Audit department of Aditya Birla Capital Limited in Dibrugarh. The role focuses on executing gold loan audits to proactively identify and remediate credit, regulatory, financial and operational risks across branches, products and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute gold loan audits as assigned, covering new and existing branches, products and channels.
• Provide independent assurance on risk management and internal controls throughout the gold loan lifecycle.
• Identify control weaknesses, recommend systemic improvements and support remediation of identified risks.
• Ensure audit activities comply with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience in collection for mid‑market or corporate clients.
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
