About the role
You will assist in the efficient running of the security department at Grand Hyatt Kochi, aligning operations with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The Team Leader – Security supports smooth security operations while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient management of the security department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the security team.
- Ensure that employee, guest and owner expectations are consistently met.
Required profile
- Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Security Manager or Senior Security Officer in a larger operation.
- Practical, operational and adequate administrative abilities are an asset.
