About the role

The Team Leader – Outlet will support the Outlet Manager in delivering high‑quality service within the Hyatt Regency Amritsar’s food and beverage outlet. This role ensures smooth daily operations, aligns with Hyatt’s brand standards, and contributes to guest satisfaction. The position requires a proactive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering consistent quality across all service touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing all front‑of‑house activities.
• Maintain service standards, ensuring courteous, professional, and efficient guest interactions.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost controls in line with the outlet concept.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold brand reputation.
• Support administrative tasks such as reporting, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee timely service.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or outlet operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
