Team Leader Manufacturing – QMS

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Team Leader for Manufacturing – QMS to lead quality documentation and compliance activities. You will ensure that all GMP documents are accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with regulatory standards, supporting the company’s commitment to high‑quality pharmaceutical production.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update GMP documents such as SOPs, investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, URS, and qualification protocols.
• Coordinate document receipt with QA and obtain review and approval from cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct regular internal audits and support external audits, ensuring timely closure of quality notifications, CAPAs, and change controls in SAP.
• Maintain regulatory readiness by managing documentation, audit responses, and compliance with cGMP standards.
• Organise training sessions, participate in safety and ESG initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality assurance environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP and cGMP requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with QA, cross‑functional teams, and external auditors.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
