About the role
Team Leader in Global Payment Operations at Bank of America, responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end payment execution, sanctions screening and UAT testing across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage global wire transfers, ACH payments and sanctions screening for Asia, EMEA and US.
- Lead UAT testing engagements for payment platforms across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada.
- Oversee investigation of payment queries, Nostro outstanding and returned payments.
Required profile
- Minimum MBA or PGDM education.
- Experience in payment operations, sanctions compliance or related financial services.
Required skills
- Knowledge of FircoSoft sanctions screening system.
- Familiarity with payment processing platforms and UAT methodologies.
