About the role

The Team Leader – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department at Hyatt Regency Pune, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet Hyatt’s brand standards and the expectations of guests, owners and employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and public floors.
  • Support the implementation of Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards within the department.
  • Monitor cleanliness levels and address any issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely room turnover.
  • Help train and supervise housekeeping staff, promoting adherence to operational procedures.

Required profile

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations, preferably in housekeeping.
  • Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
