Team Leader – Housekeeping

About the role

The Team Leader – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Supervise daily cleaning operations for guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest, employee and owner expectations.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and ensure proper usage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations, preferably in housekeeping.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
