Team Leader - Butler

About the role

The Team Leader – Butler will oversee the delivery of premium butler services for high‑profile guests in an Accor luxury property. This role combines guest‑centric service excellence with operational leadership, ensuring every stay is personalized, seamless, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide anticipatory, personalized service to VIP, repeat and long‑stay guests, handling complaints and special requests discreetly.
• Coordinate all aspects of butler operations, including unpacking, garment care, laundry, shoe care, in‑room dining setups, and special occasion arrangements.
• Manage guest itineraries, restaurant reservations, transportation, and bespoke experiences.
• Supervise, coach and mentor Butler and Junior Butler teams, conduct daily briefings and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, Engineering and Security to ensure flawless guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, etiquette, grooming and confidentiality in guest suites and service areas.
• Conduct regular inspections, ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures and local regulations, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end service environments, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Leadership abilities to train, motivate and develop a team of butlers, delivering consistent service quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising across multiple hotel departments.
• Professional demeanor, integrity and a commitment to confidentiality and brand standards.
