Team Lead – US Inbound Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Team Leader to manage and lead a team handling US Inbound Sales, Customer Service, and Transfer Campaigns. The role operates on a US night shift from Navi Mumbai, ensuring seamless support for US customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team handling US Inbound Sales, Customer Service, and Transfer Campaign.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
• Drive team motivation, engagement, and target achievement.
• Coordinate with operations and management for process improvements.

Required profile

• Graduation preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in International BPO.
• Experience in US Sales / Transfer Campaign is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Strong experience in International BPO / US Inbound Sales process.
• Ability to manage sales targets and team productivity.
• Good knowledge of call monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
