Team Lead – US Healthcare

About the role

HCLTech is looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a group of US Healthcare associates in Lucknow. The role focuses on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), billing, and claims processing for US clients while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 15‑25 healthcare associates, allocating work and monitoring daily productivity.
• Conduct regular huddles, 1:1 meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of claims, billing, AR follow‑ups, eligibility checks and prior authorizations.
• Track and report KPIs such as productivity, quality, TAT, AHT and SLA compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA and PHI compliance, drive quality improvement initiatives and support audits.
• Identify process optimization opportunities, support Lean/Six Sigma projects and document SOP updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Team Lead in US Healthcare RCM and at least 4 years total experience.
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare workflows (RCM, payer, provider, DME).
• Hands‑on experience with medical billing systems and healthcare tools.
• Proven ability to manage team performance, attendance and engagement.
