Team Lead, Trustee Billing and Reporting

About the role

As a key member of the Title Finance team and the Centre of Excellence (COE), you will lead the client and vendor invoicing function for Altisource’s Trustee Business, overseeing revenue and expense reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the client and vendor invoicing team, ensuring timely processing and compliance with SLAs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and expense summaries, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Maintain proper records, approvals, documentation and audit trails for all transactions.
• Support the accounting team during audits and provide required documentation.
• Facilitate internal audit and SOX cycles by supplying information and support.
• Drive month‑end close and reporting within five working days.
• Ensure controls for vendor payments and client invoicing are in place.
• Liaise with client counterparts to ensure invoices are paid on time.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with 2‑4 years of experience in the title or mortgage industry.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, proactive and deadline‑focused.
• High energy, self‑starter attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in MS Office.
• Proficiency with MS SQL.
