Team Lead – Lending Sales (LRM)

About the role

To sell products or services for a company and represent its brand. Manage customer relationships as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned rural area.
• Ensure visibility and accountability through sales of financial products.
• Identify, recruit and build the field sales team (FSE) for market coverage.
• Coach and mentor team members, quickly applying new ideas and concepts.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE deployment.
• Communicate plans and targets effectively to minimise expectation‑delivery gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as defined by management.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales performed by the team.
• Ensure team presence in active sales and usage locations.
• Travel extensively across the specified area and maintain strong networking.
• Drive cross‑selling of merchant loan, personal loan, gold SIP and upgrades to merchants.
• Maintain good understanding of lending products.
• Train and groom allocated manpower.

Required profile

• Graduate degree required; post‑graduation preferred.
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities with quick learning aptitude.
