About the role

Accredian, a fast‑growing edtech company, is looking for a Team Lead to build and manage an inside sales team that drives enrollments for its professional learning programs.

Key responsibilities

Build and lead a team of 10‑15 inside sales representatives to drive program enrollments.
Own monthly enrollment quota and revenue targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them.
Motivate and coach team members, provide feedback on call quality, and foster a high‑performance culture.
Develop deep knowledge of Accredian’s learning products and communicate benefits to prospects.
Collaborate with reporting and management to align team activities with organisational goals.

Required profile

Proven track record in B2C sales with annual targets of 10 crore INR or higher.
Experience managing a sales team of 20+ associates, including leads/ATLs.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset with at least 5 years of relevant experience in education or related sectors.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
