Team Lead – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Team Lead to oversee our general ledger accounting operations and drive the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) process. The successful candidate will manage a team of accountants, ensure accurate month‑end closing, and translate financial principles into actionable insights for the hotel industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Oversee general ledger (GL) accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage the full Record‑to‑Report (R2R) cycle, including month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Coordinate with senior managers and stakeholders to provide timely financial information.
• Implement and improve management accounting practices.

Required profile

• Accounting qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in GL accounting, R2R processes, and management accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of team management or leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with senior managers and external partners.
