Team Lead – Delivery Operations (Last Mile)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a motivated Team Lead to oversee shift operations at its delivery centre. You will work closely with the centre manager to ensure smooth transportation processes and help drive performance across the last‑mile network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations at the distribution centre and support the DC manager in performance management.
• Execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain sufficient staffing bandwidth to handle peak‑time demand and adjust resources as needed.
• Continuously improve delivery workflows and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Strong execution mindset, resourcefulness, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate alternatives and assess risks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
