About the role
Anaqua is seeking a highly motivated professional to lead data validation activities for Japanese‑speaking IP portfolios. The role combines patent and trademark audit expertise with portfolio migration and client communication to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct patent and trademark portfolio audits.
- Migrate portfolios into Anaqua’s SaaS platform using Excel or similar tools.
- Manage efficient, on‑time project delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Update software databases and communicate with clients and attorneys via conference calls.
- Stay current with commercial IP law updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Japanese (minimum N3 level).
- 2‑3 years experience working with Japanese clients.
- Experience in portfolio onboarding, including ETL and data mapping.
- Background in Intellectual Property preferred.
- Familiarity with Anaqua AQX or RH is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS‑Office, especially Excel.
- Good analytical and interpersonal abilities.
