About the role

The Team Lead / Branch Leader will drive high‑impact operations across a branch, ensuring long‑term value for students and clients. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines people management, process optimisation, market development and P&L accountability to elevate branch performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branch teams to deliver high‑performance, client‑centric operations.
• Formulate and execute operational and market strategies in partnership with leadership.
• Manage process optimisation, ensuring client‑focused workflows and meeting revenue and operational benchmarks.
• Oversee talent and performance management, fostering a collaborative culture and high accountability.
• Design and implement learning & development programmes aligned with the firm’s core values.
• Drive market development activities, including brand representation, market analysis, business planning and execution of growth strategies.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, achieving revenue targets and financial metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams in an operational or commercial environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing and executing strategy.
• Ability to analyse market conditions and translate insights into growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue and financial targets.
• Commitment to fostering learning, development and a values‑driven culture.
