Team Lead, ADM Operations

About the role

Addepar’s newly launched Alternatives Product requires a dedicated team to review and validate private fund data extracted by machine‑learning models. As the Team Lead for ADM Operations, you will oversee the Alternatives Data Ops team that ensures timely, accurate processing of private fund statements for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, allocating work and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Act as subject‑matter expert, guiding the team through complex document‑processing exceptions.
• Perform quality reviews, correct incorrectly extracted data, and reprocess documents within SLA targets.
• Track and drive performance metrics such as SLA compliance, processing accuracy and throughput.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational and data‑quality issues.
• Partner with Machine Learning Operations to identify mis‑classifications and support model retraining.
• Engage clients, GPs and fund administrators on data‑related inquiries.
• Identify automation opportunities, optimize processes and collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance workflow tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, investment or related operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with private‑equity or alternatives investment processes and fund reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, data providers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work overlapping US/EMEA shifts.
